'Lila & May' products are handmade to order in limited quantities - please allow up to 14 days for Snuggle Pod and multiple item orders to be sent. (Often sent sooner!)
If you need your order quickly, contact us to see if it is possible.

Every effort is made to keep our stock levels up-to-date but on occasion a product may be out of stock although not showing as this when ordered. If this is the case, you will be contacted and given the options of a full refund or choice of an alternative product (to the same value).

Returns TOP

Each Lila & May product is carefully handmade using only the best materials so you can be sure of high quality. If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it, in it's original new condition (unused, tags still attached, no marks, not washed and in original packaging) within 30 days for a full refund not including postage costs.

Lila & May will never share any of your customer information with a third party. We use a secure shopping cart for your protection.

Plantable Gift Certificates TOP

Our Plantable Gift Certificates can not be sent internationally as they contain live plant seeds. For recipients residing outside of Australia, Gift Certificates will be sent via email.

Gift Certificates expire within 6 months.

Instructions for planting are included with the Gift Certificate.
To Redeem:
Enter the voucher code from your Gift Certificate into the Gift voucher box in checkout.

Lay-by TOP

We now offer lay-by as a payment option for orders over $75.00

A 25% deposit is required to commence the lay-by which can be paid over 6 weeks.

To lay-by your order, select Lay-by as your payment option in checkout and payment details will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.
